Based in Dallas, Texas, Maria Stamolis has facilitated numerous real estate transactions involving equity and debt financing. In her present role as chief investment officer and investment management head of Lincoln Property Company, she has bolstered institutional investor relationships while expanding portfolio holdings in areas such as medical office, multi-family/mixed-use, industrial, and necessity-based retail. Maria Stamolis of Dallas, Texas, also holds board and compensation committee responsibilities with the Canada-based Minto Group, which builds and manages a diverse range of properties.
Ms. Stamolis earned her bachelor’s degree in economics at Fordham University and an MBA in finance at the Fordham Gabelli School of Business. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles with companies such as GE Capital, MBL Life Assurance Company, and Oakwood and Karney Management. Her experience includes managing diverse portfolios of debt and equity holdings, as well as corporate teams with Canyon Partners Real Estate.
Actively engaged in her local community, Ms. Stamolis is a Folsom Institute Advisory Board member at Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business and an adjunct professor with the SMU Real Estate Impact Fund Practicum. She is also serving a 3-year term on the board of Goodwill Industries of Dallas.
